How It All Started

The Andragogy Project began as a response to a hard truth: society moves the proverbial goalpost for achieving the American Dream whenever it chooses. With little regard for the impact, people from all walks of life are left behind. For years, the standard was clear—earn a college degree and success would follow. Then, almost overnight, that standard shifted. Those without degrees struggled to compete, and now even individuals with only a high school education are suddenly being reconsidered for opportunities where they were once overlooked. The problem? They’re still not fully prepared. That’s where the Andragogy Project steps in.

Our Mission: To Empower People Through Education, Workforce Development, and Opportunity. We invite you to join us—take advantage of our programs, build your skills, and pursue new opportunities, or stand with us to support others on their journey. Together, we can make sure no one is left behind.
